Strength & Conditioning

At Back Into Osteopathy, we create rehabilitation and strength & conditioning programs that is individualised to each athlete and individual. Our programs are designed to improve each individuals whole body strength, sport specific power and skills, as well as decreasing the risk of injury.

This program entails:

  • Osteopathic assessment

  • Rehabilitation exercises if required

  • Strength & Conditioning program that is progressed every 2-4 weeks to improve:

  1. Overall strength of whole body

  2. Increased power and speed through specific programming exercises and drilling

  3. Improved agility and change of direction skills

  4. Mobility and performance education for improved movement patterns

  5. Whole body conditioning increasing aerobic and anaerobic threshold


The goal as mentioned before is injury prevention as well as performance enhancement.
